The Church of God in Siheung, Korea, which was enlarged into a new building with four stories above ground and one underground level, was dedicated to God. The church is located in the new town development area, and gives a cozy and comfortable feeling as the residential area is surrounded by hills. Like the area where a pastoral scenery and urbaneness meet in perfect harmony, the church looks modern and clean with warm and cozy impressions. Including the worship hall with 400 seats, the temple has various congenial places on each floor such as education rooms, a lounge, a multi-purpose room and a cafeteria.

On the first day of December, the dedication service for the Church of God in Siheung and the evening service of the Sabbath were held simultaneously. Mother attended the service together with the members and gave thanks to
God the Father for granting the beautiful temple. Mother also blessed the members to fill the temple with good fruit by finding many new members who would display the glory of God so that there would be no empty seat in the temple. She asked the members to lead many people, who were going through financial difficulties and sufferings from frequent disasters and crimes, to salvation so that they would shine like the stars in the kingdom of heaven.

General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol who gave a sermon during the service said, “Let us always pray, be alert and prepare for salvation, following the prophecy of the Bible.” Emphasizing that the mission of the church is to lead many people to Zion—the refuge from disasters and destruction, he urged the members to preach hard to fulfill the will of God the Father and God the Mother and give the opportunity of salvation to all our neighbors and relatives.
The members belonging to the Siheung Church and the members from neighboring churches, who attended the dedication service with joy, gave all praise and glory to God. The members of the Siheung Church said, “When the building we used before became full in Mother’s blessings, we hoped that we would have one more children’s room because two rooms were not enough, but God gave us this big and beautiful temple. We give more thanks to God.”
In the city of Siheung, there are many young office workers who commute to Siheung or Banwol Industrial Complex or nearby cities. The Siheung Zion is also full of smiles and energy because there are many young adults and male and female adults and children. The members firmly believe that God established this beautiful temple at the center of the city because He wants them to shine the light of glory of God to the whole area of Siheung. They resolved to lighten the area with the love of God by helping senior citizens and neighbors in need around them, and lead many people to salvation.
